Mount Pleasant made it 3-0 two minutes into the second-half with an attacking break which saw Yasen Katharada play a teasing ball across the face of the Flockton danger zone and found Abdullah Mayat whose effort was parried by keeper Sam Jones onto the foot of the post before Abdullah reacted swiftly to steer. the ball home from close-range.
Flockton saw Charlie Manby dispossess a Mount Pleasant defender but saw his effort cleared off the line. Their comeback task become more difficult when a counter-break on the hour mark ended with Ismail Loonat scoring the goal of the game with an exquisite chip over the stranded goalkeeper.
Never say die attitude of the Flockton outfit kept battling against the tide and in an isolated chance saw Ethan Shilito force an agile save before Abdullah went to complete his hat-trick with his spot-kick on target with a late strike from substitute Abdul Rehman concluded their scoring spree.
