IMPORTANT - Cancellation Request Process for U7s to U11s 2024-25 via Google Forms

Apart from i.e. Pitch conditions due to bad weather, The following Must be submitted to the League with 10 days notice.
The League have devised a new online process using Google Forms,
These forms provide clear guidelines following FA guidance after many discussions with WRCFA.

CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM - for Development Mini Soccer (U7s to U11s)

As per last season & so as not to run out of w/e's to play. The League will not be rescheduling these Development fixtures. There is no need to request a re-arrangement of a Development fixture.
However if managers do wish to re arrange matches amongst themselves, they MUST inform the Junior Soccer Coordinator of the new date.

So for U7s to U11s, Play or Don't Play but DO ensure you give appropriate notice to the league & your opponents whatever.

Please Do ensure you use the above form for Cancellations, as it asks for the relevant information required by the League. Emails, texts or whatsapp messages will not be accepted for Match Cancellations or Postponements.
