The system is simple and will follow as below:

1. Click the link and use your GOTFOOTBALL login details as you would to access the site - this will take you directly to the form

2. Complete the form - there are mandatory sections to complete and drop down menu's and a declaration.

3. Submit the form when complete

4. The Secretary of the parent club of the player and the requesting players Club Secretary will both be notified of the transfer by the addition of a 'notice' within each Secretary's affiliation area which shows the author of the forms details/form details and whether yet approved by either club.

4. Each Secretary can access the form by clicking the link and are able to APPROVE or DENY the application and can notes (such as kit owed) in the report section of the player under their date of birth.

5. The Registrations & League Secretary are also informed of the application and can also view if either club has yet actioned the form. Once both clubs have approved the transfer, the League can transfer the player over.

6. As per League rules, there are time limits involved and the League can override the transfer if the parent club fails to respond or objects for reasons outside of the rules.

7. Transfers will NOT be actioned via emails and the form should be used in all cases. Please do not try to bypass the system by creating a duplicate player and this will show to the Regs Secretary.
