HEARTY BOW OUT OF BIRMINGHAM FA VASE ! Hearty Goodfellow FC dipped their toe into the County FA Vase, on Sunday, returning from Drawbridge Sunday FC on the wrong end of a 4-3 score line.

HEARTY BOW OUT OF BIRMINGHAM FA VASE !

Hearty Goodfellow FC dipped their toe into the County FA Vase, on Sunday, returning from Drawbridge Sunday FC on the wrong end of a 4-3 score line.

Collycroft Royal Oak hit 6 past Ambleside in the NDSFL PREMIER LEAGUE as they won 6-2 thanks to goals from Joe Smith, Daniel Monger, Ashley Piper, Alex Lock, Taylor Blyth and Charlie Cooke. Brady Middleton and Charlie Stockton scored the Ambleside goals.

Drayton can’t seem to stop scoring goals recently and that continued on Sunday as goals from Jack Bonell and Lewis Commin’s braces and singles from Rikki Wild, Simon Short and Jack Boffin ensured them of a 7-2 win over Ridge Lane. Ashley Grey and Alex Sutton replied for Lane.

Witherley United returned to winning ways beating Griff and Coton Manor 4-0, 2 from Alex Taylorson and singles from Reece Johnston and James Matthews with the Witherley goals.

Wykin Social were the visitors at The Nuneaton Academy and they left with all 3 points after beating Frank Parker 4-0, Tristan Atkinson’s hat-trick and an Archie Gallagher strike made sure of the victory.

Haunchwood Sports made it 7 out of 7 in the NDSFL LEAGUE ONE with a convincing 7-1 win over Chetwynd Phoenix. Hat-tricks from Marcus Southwell and Mark Williams and a goal from Connor Nicholson with the goals. Sam Bircher replied for Chetwynd. Bedworth Liberal take up 2nd place after they came out on the right end of a 9 goal thriller against Ambleside Reserves, Callum Harrison scored a hat-trick and goals form Owen Jones and Ethan Stanley made sure of the 5-4 win. A brace from Brad Steptoe and strikes from Owen Courtman and Lee Wilkins with the Ambleside goals.

Royal Trent overtook Barwell Cricketers in the standings with a 3-2 win thanks to goals from Reece Mosey and a Ross Thacker brace. Ben Waters and Connor Beasley scored for Cricketers.

Attleborough Royal Oak and Desford-Caterpillar shared the spoils in a 3-3 draw. 2 from Luke Ginnelly and a goal from Kieran Jephcote with the Attleborough goals. Callum Beckwith, Yakunda Rumpuwarch and Chris Neal with the Desford replies.

Swan Dive’s perfect start to the season was brought to an end by Ashby Road Sports in MARK BLAIR LEAGUE TEO thanks to a 5-3 win. Ciaran Hughes, Ryan Oswald, Matt Mangiante, Jake Hughes and an own goal making sure of the win. Gareth Jones, Mark Bradbury and Nathan Mcinnes replied for Swan Dive.
Athletico Duke closed the gap on the top spot to 3 points as they were 5-1 winners at Crows Nest Sports. 2 each for Will Groocock and Jacob Townsend with Braydon York adding a single scoring for the unbeaten Duke. George Arnold scored for Crows Nest.

Grendon are another side who remain unbeaten. 4 goals for Jack Barter and a David Tonks goal made sure they came out 5-4 winners over Travs. Tyler Bates, Lee Wallace, Richard Horsfall and Adam Playford with the Travs goals.

Bermuda Park are chasing the pack in 3rd and they hit 7 past Sunnyside to win 7-1, Cameron Greenhough scored a hat-trick and goals from Lewis Davis, Jack Roxby, Steven Pywell and Ryan Healy for Bermuda. Josh Varden scored the Sunnyside consolation.

Acorn were 3-1 winners over Witherley United Reserves thanks to goals from a Jordan White brace and Alex Chinn. Witherley’s goal was scored by Ricky Luke.
Goals from Samuel Forster, Liam Dean, Ashley Clark and Steven Gibson-Hill ensured Saunders Hall were 4-1 winners over Conny United. Zion Bray scored the Conny goal.

Phoenix United and Bedworth Ex-Servicemen played out a 4-4 draw at Clarendon Park. Josh Smith’s brace and singles from Noah Spence and Ben Whittaker with the Phoenix goals. Bailey Grant, Harvey Westwood, Mitchell Harris and Tommy Parsons with the replies for the Servicemen.

SS Bulls Head remain 100% with 6 wins out of 6 in NUNEATON TROPHIES LEAGUE THREE, Ashley Harris scored 4 of the goals with Ryan Brightwell, Jarrod Stone and Jacob Read made sure of a 7-1 win over Anchor Inn (Hartshill).

Hinckley Wanderers picked up a 3-2 win over Hearty Goodfellow Reserves to keep the gap in tact at the top of the table. A Jamie Roe brace and Sam Pinkerton with the Hinckley goals. Josh Wilkes scored a brace of his own for Hearty.

Rumour Mill (Barwell) sit 3rd only on goal difference as they beat Earl Shilton Town 5-0 in the battle of the Heath Lane clubs, Joe Randle hit a hat-trick and a brace from Danny Winterbotham with the goals. Liam Holmes hit all 4 as Bedworth Liberal Reserves beat Attleborough Sports 4-0.

Ayomide Adeleke hit a hat-trick for Lamb and Flag as they picked up a 6-2 win over Attleborough Royal Oak Reserves. Jude Barnet and a George Simmons brace completed the scoring for Flag. Steve Kent and Jordan Jacques replied for Attleborough.

D’Lanie James scored a hat-trick as Newdigate United drew 4-4 in a share of the spoils vs Weddington Athletic. Ellis Busby scored the other. A brace a piece from Gareth Orr and Adrian Talbot with the Weddy strikes.
