Les Harrison (registrar@gradelysports.co.uk) is in charge of player registration and as such all completed player registration forms must be printed and delivered to Les along with stamped addressed envelopes.

Scanned copies of registration forms will not be accepted.

You can however send your copies of birth certificates/photos via email as we will be printing on new ID cards this year. Please ensure these are named correctly or they will be returned.

Please include the ID Card number for existing players and we only need photos/birth certificates of new players to the league (or replacements).

Remember players are NOT registered until you receive confirmation from the Registrar (Les) that this has been completed and players must be registered by at least 1 week before your first game.
