Its not over until the fat lady sings.
Sileby Town are not going to give up the div1 title lightly. Despite being hounded by champions Anstey Town they have not cracked under the pressure and returned from Huncote Sports and Social as 1-3 victors.
On paper Anstey had a more difficult fixture, at Asfordby Amateurs, but turned it on to return 0-2 away winners, to remain 8 points off the pace with 4 games in hand.
An hat trick from Stewart Smith and a pair from Lee O?Neil drove FC Braunstone Victoria to a 0-5 away win at Earl Shilton Albion to maintain 3rd spot whilst Saffron Dynamo moved back into the top 4 with a 1-0 defeat of Cottesmore Amateurs.
Hathern slipped down a place when they were held to a 2-2 draw at Ashby Ivanhoe and Lee James netted a goal in each half to present Lutterworth Athletic with a 4-1 victory over Leicestershire Constabulary.
Ravenstone turned the form book upside down with their 1st away win of the season, 1-2 at Narborough and Littlethorpe after Andy Tagg netted a 1st half double.
