Roll Call; The following teams failed to sign the register; Church Inn, Davyhulme Park Athletic, Didsbury Colts, Fallowfield, Firbank, Manchester Powerhouse, St Johns, Urmston Town, Wythenshawe, Wythenshawe Celtic.
Correspondence:
Sanction for the League has now been given by the FA so all matches can now go ahead. Various e-mails received re player registrations, evening matches, reports etc.
Treasurer;
All League fees should have been cleared by tonight. As there no more meetings now until January all outstanding fees must be paid by BACS. Teams will be notified and non payment will lead to suspensions.
Registrations;
Tony has been having a nightmare over sorting these out pointing out that it can take up to two and a half hours. Pointed out that he hopes to have the ID cards issued by the end of September. Difficulties in accessing the Whole Game web were discussed.
Referee Sec.
Full cover was provided for Sunday and Tony has received an application from a female referee to join our team of referees. Has asked all the teams to afford her the respect due and to look after her and pass the message to the players.
Fixtures.
Problems were recognised re mid week fixtures with rush hour traffic and distances to be covered. This Wednesday’s games were discussed and where problems were envisaged these games were cancelled. All next Wednesday games were cancelled as it was felt the nights were closing in fast.

Disciplinary.
Stuart had to attend Timperley League meeting tonight but will have all fines issued by this weekend. Ensure payment is made in the notified time scale.
League Secretary. Pointed out that as everything is now done electronically to ensure your lines of communication are effective. Notify your opponents by Thursday evening 8.00pm by e-mail and if nothing received notify the League Secretary. Communication is essential.

New Clubs.
Buck Inn and Barlow Moor Rovers were introduced. Discussion took place and background information given. Members voted unanimously to accept them into League. They were subsequently welcomed as new members of the MASFL
Monthly Draw: Number 23 -Newall Green. Prize money will be increased in January.
