The league welcomes new and experienced referees

The Bristol Downs League is unique in the fact that all matches are played in one area, so the referees all meet together in their own changing room by the water tower on the Downs. This forms a very supportive and club-like atmosphere for the refs. Plenty of banter as well as serious assistance and advice for those who want it.

Newly qualified refs are welcome and have the opportunity to discuss their games with others before and after the match.
