Sandro made 14 appearances in the NFYL for Leyton Orient's development team.

On 8 July 2015 he was handed a two year professional deal by Leyton Orient. He made his professional debut on 1 September that year and scored his first goal for them in an EFL Trophy tie against Stevanage on 30 August 2016.
