Player Registration 2015-16

Procedure for player registration and forms for 2015-16.
Procedure: A player registration form must be completed for each player (please note the form is double sided). Each form must have with it a new passport sized photo (name of player on the reverse) Players new to Mid Wilts must also have proof of DOB attached.
Each team should have a squad list (copy attached).
A reminder that a minimum number of players per team must be registered by 31st July. Only new players to Mid Wilts need to be entered onto Full Time. The live date for the new season will be 17th July.
2014-15 ID cards to be returned to the League.

Application form for clubs to enter the Mid Wilts Youth & Minor Football League in the 2019/20 season. Return by June 1st 2019.

Reminder of closing date for player registrations for season 2017/18 is February 28th (U12 - U17/18s). All correctly completed forms should be with relevant Age Group Manager in time to complete process. This includes transfers.
