The George FC eased past ex-OCFA outfit Westminster 4-1 in a re arranged John Fathers Junior Shield 1st Round Match, George now face Great Milton in the 2nd round.

In the League Community Allstars 4 v 3 Oakley United 'A'
Oakley took the lead in the first half through Jack Smith but the Community Allstars equalised before the break through Constantin Galle finishing well from the corner of the box.
After the break, Allstars scored two in as many minutes. They gained the lead after James Riley ran through and slotted past the on rushing keeper and allstars stretched their lead after Matt Horswell took on two down the left wing and cut it back for Constantin to curl in his second into the corner.
The allstars got what seemingly was the winner when a free kick was flicked on by Klaus Buckle. Oakley didnt give up and got back into it through Bill Helsby and then a peach of a curler into the top corner by Tony Goff made for a nervy finish. The Allstars held on to win 4-3.

A well contested game with blackbirds looking likely to run up a big score with there superior passing. Fairview fought well & conceded a goal in each half.
