NO ON LINE REGISTRATIONS

Please do not post any on line registrations as we are not using this facility at the moment.

When filling in registration form, PLEASE MAKE SURE THE FOLLOWING ARE DONE,
They are signed - previous club is filled in - written in BLOCK LETTERS IN INK - the ITC box is used, no tick, no signing on until I receive the Certificate - name of club you are playing for - no 'old' forms, any registrations coming in on old forms will be returned-
Remember to include a SAE, if you don't you will get them back, but you will have to go to the post office to collect them.
