How to submit match reports
As last year, team administrators are now able to input full match reports on Full Time. We have sent an invitation to log in as team admin to all the following officials (as per WGS) for each team; manager, assistant manager, coach, assistant coach, secretary.
Clearly, only those who intend to input match reports need to create a user name and password. NB. If someone is also a team admin for another league, they will need a separate log-in for the LW&GFL.
Details of how to enter match reports (including a 7 minute video) can be found at https://grassrootstechnology.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/48001158765-completing-match-returns-on-full-time-match-stats-results-sheets-
A few things to note:
• You will be able to view fixtures but cannot amend the status (eg. postponing a fixture); that has to be done by emailing the fixtures secretary
• Under FA marks, as stated, if the total mark for the referee is less than 60, a separate report is needed. Also, you do not need to enter the half-time score.
• This season you see see we have added a question in the "league team marks" section on the exchanging of squad sheets.
• Under player stats, you can enter as much detail as you like but the details we need to see are the names of all the players and goal scorers (please note this applies to all age groups).
If you prefer to use the Match Day App that is fine but a match report must be submitted within 48 hours of the game being played.
