REPRESENTATIVE TEAM MANAGER

The league invites applications for the position of Representative team manager to prepare and supervise the team for the League’s defence of the FA inter League Cup. The first round of which is due to be played on or before 14th October 2017 with an away fixture against the Liverpool County Premier League. From previous competitions if successful, the team would play one competitive game per month with practice/warm up games prior to fixtures

The duties are to select, prepare and manage the team from the playing strength of the West Yorkshire League teams. Applicants should have a good knowledge of the league and both its clubs and players and would be expected to have experience of coaching and managing teams (an FA coaching qualification would be an advantage). The position also carries membership of the League Management committee for the purposes of team and game co-ordination with the League officers. The position is not salaried but legitimate expenses and costs involved in caring out the post will be repaid.
