GNSL Proposed Fixtures Form 16/17

This form should be used to confirm acceptance of fixtures at the beginning of each season. It must be returned to the League Secretary before the Annual General Meeting. It can be handed to the League Secretary at the Annual General Meeting but must be in his possession prior to the meeting being brought to order by the Chairman.
