Harrogate & District JGFL Under 11s Tournament 1 at Harrogate Town CNG Stadium on Sunday 09.12.18.
10.am til 1pm
The 8x teams were: Kirk Deighton Rangers / Beckwithshaw / Pannal Ash / Clifford / Killinghall Nomads / Boroughbridge / Bedale & Ilkley Town.

Harrogate Town AFC Ged Maloney kindly arranged for us to have the use of their 3G Pitch & the Weather was dry & bright (if a little cold).

All girls attended will receive medals & there is a trophy for the winners - so no girl should be disappointed. Feedback from managers re the Tournament was all very positive. Thank you to all for keeping ti that way :)

Venue: Harrogate Town AFC, CNG Stadium, Wetherby Road, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG2 7SA.

Team line ups: U11s – 7 a-side with a max match day squad of 12.

Fixtures: As Harrogate Town & Scotton Scorchers could not join the Tournament, the fixtures format was changed to a Round Robin of 8x teams on four pitches. Each team played 7v games of 10mins duration (straight thro, no 1/2 time). 3 points for a win & 1 point for a draw.

Registration Cards: All Coaches/Managers must have a current & up to date registration sheet for every player taking part, in line with the Harrogate & District JGFL League Rules of 2018-2019 & these should be shown prior to the tournament commencing.

Footwear: Players can use moulded studs, plastic blades, or trainers, but NO METAL STUDS.

Referees: Would teams please provide referees on the day.

Volunteers: Volunteers on the day to help mark out pitches with cones & move goals would be gratefully received.

Cost: Nothing – included in the League fees.

Trophies: For the under 11s - The League provides 12 medals for each team - additional medals can be ordered from the LMC Secretary at the club's expense.
