PRIVACY POLICY
The League’s Privacy Policy will include a description of the type of information collected from Member Club’s Player Registration and any other relevant information required to efficiently administer the League.

The information collected by the League, ie Club and Player Registration data will only be used to ensure the Rules and Regulations of the League will be adhered to in accordance with the signed Member Agreement.

The Personal data held by the League is detailed as below.

• In accordance with the Data Protection Policy 5.2 the information held by the League is as follows:
Club Secretaries – Name; Address, with Post Code; Telephone number/s; Email address.
Other Contacts – Where designated by the Club – Name; Telephone number/s and email addresses where supplied.
Registered Players – FA Person ID number; Team registered with; Date range of registration period; Full Name and gender; Email address where supplied; Telephone number/s where supplied; Date of Birth; Football Association Number (FAN)


• In accordance with the Data Protection Policy 6.2 it is accepted that individuals registered with the League as Players or Club Administrators consent to the league the use of their personal details in the execution of the League’s Constitution.

• In accordance with the Data Protection Policy 7 the purpose of processing the above data is to:
(a) Keep Registered Club Secretaries abreast of League business
(b) Ensure only Registered Players of the League partake in League Competitions and are duly covered by Personal Accident and Public Liability Insurance.
(c) No information held by the League will be shared by any third party with the exception of the League’s Governing Bodies ie. The Football Association and Devon County Football Association.
(d) All Parties who has data on the League Administration System have a right to know the details of such data and may request a copy of such through the League General Secretary
(e) With the exception of data held by The Football Association and Devon County Football Association or on any of their Administration Systems of which the League have access to, the League hold information for one year only.
(f) In accordance with the Data Protection Policy 11 all Registered Members of the League shall have the right to access any information held by the League.


In addition to data held by the League’s Administration System, ie The Football Association’s Full Time and Whole Game Systems the League hold the following data on their secure electronic systems:
(a) A list of Players Suspended from playing in the League due to debts to their current or past Clubs or to the League. The data includes Club/League; Name; address where known; FAN; Date of Birth; Detail of Debt.
(b) A list of Registered Players/Club Administrators who are signatories to the League Respect Campaign. The information would be that as designated in the League Registration data.
