History was made yesterday when the first football match was played at the Sheppey Rugby Club, following the deal to hire a pitch from them.

The first game at the new pitch at the Sheppey Rugby Club saw Range Rovers Sports FC beat FC Neptune 3-1. It was very pleasing to hear from the majority of those that played and from all the Club and Match Officials that they were impressed with how it played and it was a great relief to have an extra adult pitch in the area
